Flight Numbers Explained
Speed (1-14)
How fast the disc must be thrown to achieve its intended flight path.
Glide (1-7)
The disc's ability to maintain loft during flight. Higher glide = more air time.
Turn (+1 to -5)
High speed stability. How much the disc pulls to the right (for a RHBH thrower) early in flight.
Fade (0 to 5)
Low speed stability. How hard the disc hooks to the left (for a RHBH thrower) at the end of flight.
Choosing the right plastic is just as important as choosing the right mold. Base plastics offer superior grip and catchability, while premium plastics hold their flight characteristics longer.
